Cancellation Policy

We at AM Beauty HI understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit. No shows will be charged 50% of your appointment fee to the credit card on file. ALL appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking and will be charged at checkout. If you need to reschedule, please contact AM Beauty HI at least 3-days BEFORE your scheduled appointment date and time. Your deposit will be forfeited if the request is received WITHIN this time frame. If rescheduling is valid, your deposit will roll over to a new appointment. For all scheduling concerns, please contact us via text (808-783-6490) or email (ambeautyhi@gmail.com). NO-SHOW'S: You charged 50% of the ORIGINAL price, as well as a forfeited deposit. Cosmetic Tattoo: Arrivals of 15 minutes or greater to your appointment start time, AM Beauty HI reserves the right to ask you to rebook with forfeited deposit. I acknowledge that a second session is required and that I am responsible to book it prior to leaving my first session. This ensures a booked appointment within 8-12 weeks of one another. All other services: Arrivals of 10 minutes or greater to your appointment start time, AM Beauty HI reserves the right to ask you to rebook with a forfeited deposit. I confirm that I have read and understand the cancelation, reschedule, late arrival and no-show policies. I am aware if not followed, I may lose my deposit(s) and/or be charged an additional fee. I confirm that I have read and understand these instructions and agree to follow them.
