I'm officially closer to 40 than 30 😬. But according to my husband, I just entered my mid 30s. Early 30s = 30-35, mid 30s = 36-38, and late 30s = 39 🙃

This past year I've made my health and wellness a priority. And to be honest...I now feel better than I did before kids! It's been a lifestyle shift along with diet and exercise. All the things we know we should be doing, but life gets in the way.

From getting sick monthly in 2023 down to 3-4 times in 2024, I'm very happy with the progress so far. I know it's a lifelong journey as we continue to age and change everyday. My goal is by 40 to be living my best life with a solid routine.

Of course I had to the viral collagen leave on masks. I left it on for 4.5 hours and it was pretty dry as you can see when I removed it. I haven't tried leaving it on overnight yet but I think once it's dry, you're good to go.

My skin felt super soft and hydrated and looked smooth and glassy. I will definitely continue to use these! Especially before an event or special occasion.

We went to @keepitkaimuki yesterday for Small Business Saturday shopping and had so much fun! We played, shopped super cute local vendors and checked off presents on our Christmas list. It was a success 🙌

We currently ship within the U.S. (and Hawai‘i locals can choose in-studio pickup). International shipping options are coming soon.
